A gently sloping field amounting to approximately 3.5 acres with a range of field shelters and sheds featuring wonderful views of the surrounding area including Kit Hill and views across Callington town. The field is accessed via a gated entrance from Redmoor Road and there is an additional access via a lane at the side with a gated entrance to the side of the field.
Currently split into two, three of the borders are Cornish stone hedgerows with a post and rail fence to the fourth side where it adjoins the next door field. The field has been used for keeping animals for a number of years and has several field shelters and stores strategically placed throughout the field. There is a mains water connection and the field may appeal to those looking to keep animals or for dog walking or even a retreat for those looking for some space and seclusion.
There is an access right of way over the lane at the side for the landowner beyond the field being marketed.
This is a popular equestrian area with access to many lanes and bridleways and Kit Hill Country Park, which has a circular permissive horse trail over 3 miles in length is close by. The land is close to the Duchy College and the village of Kelly Bray which has a Post Office and store alongside the nearby village of Stoke Climsland which has a Primary School and village shop. The nearby village of Callington offers further amenities including a town centre, supermarkets and a Secondary School.
