From our offices on Duke Street, turn right onto South Street. At the mini roundabout continue straight across. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto A390. At the ‘Asda’ roundabout continue straight across. At the traffic lights turn right Porthpean Road. Go through the next roundabout continuing on Porthpean Road. After approx. half a mile turn left onto Porthpean Beach Road. The property can be found on the left hand side.
